Folsom, El Dorado, and Sacramento Historical Railroad Association This organization is dedicated to the history of the Sacramento Valley Railroad that extended from Sacramento to Folsom as well as the history of the railroad in Folsom, El Dorado County and their environs. Major activities include restoration of local railroad memorabelia and annual handcar races.
