UP 4014 “Big Boy” Western Tour

UP 4014 Big Boy will be making a western swing in July with public displays in Roseville July 12-13 and Ogden July 20-21. The train will travel over the Feather River Route on its way west with a stop planned in Portola. The return trip over the Donner Pass Route will include whistle stops in Colfax scheduled for 11:15-11:30 and Truckee 3:30-4:00. Follow this link for the complete schedule.

Previous steam visits by UP 844 and UP 3985 drew large crowds in Colfax and all along the Donner Route. We anticipate even larger crowds for the Big Boy visit.
